Buying a home is an exciting adventure. But it’s complicated too!
I specialize in working with Yakima-area buyers, providing information and resources to you every step of the way. My services can save you time, save you money, and save you the headache and heartache that can be part of the buying experience.
The desire to have a home of your own is strong – and the emotion of wanting a home can sometimes make you blind to important steps in the buying process. That’s why our initial consultation is so important. We’ll meet at the location of your choice to discuss your “must haves” and your “wish list”. This is my opportunity to get to know more about you, and you about me, and it’s the perfect time for us to discuss my “Custom Client Services”.
You’ll tell me how often you want to meet, and how often you want to hear from me in-between meetings. We’ll discuss how communication should look (telephone, email, or snail mail), and what level of detail you want to receive during that contact.
I can also set up automatic delivery of information on houses as soon as they hit the market if that’s something of interest to you.
"If you are seeking a new home or ready to sell one, I recommend Pam Caldwell. She goes out of her way to get you in to the right house and does what it takes to sell your old one. She helped me sell a home in a time when every neighborhood has a home for sale. If you need help selling your home or buying, call Pam Caldwell of Caldwell Realty."
And of course, my work for you doesn’t end once we make an offer on the house that’s right for you. I’ll be at your side as we negotiate inspection issues, and ensure that your financing is in place. Unlike most agents, I’ll also attend your closing appointment – that time which you sign the final paperwork needed for the home purchase.
After you’ve moved in to your new home, I’ll be in regular communication. You can expect to receive information about the real estate market, and how what’s happening in the market affects the value of your home.
Since a home purchase typically represents the largest single investment you’ll make during the course of your lifetime, doesn’t it make sense to work with an agent who puts your needs first?
